Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information VPNOU handles to provide international route subscriptions, why it is used, and how users can manage or request its deletion.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to use VPNOU; a username and password are enough to create an account. Email is not required to open an account. Account data is used to verify identity, maintain sign-in access, and manage subscriptions. Do not use your real name or other unnecessary personal information in your username, and do not submit account passwords or subscription credentials in support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, data allowance, and total usage. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify billing, and handle renewals and refunds. When users submit a support ticket, the issue description and necessary troubleshooting details are used to respond and investigate. Before sharing a screenshot, cover any information unrelated to the issue.

No Logs and Connection Data

VPNOU follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing content, destinations, or history that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Total subscription data usage is used to calculate allowances; it is not a record of website visits and is not used to build browsing profiles.

Session state needed to establish and maintain a connection is used only to handle the active connection and is not retained as personal connection history after the connection ends. Connection logs that link an account to its destinations are not stored persistently. When troubleshooting service issues, VPNOU relies on necessary operational information, such as error categories and aggregated status, that does not include destinations. Account sign-in and order activity records are not browsing logs.

Access Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help VPNOU understand referral sources, reading activity, and interface issues. They may involve necessary information such as page paths, referral details, and browser environment, but are not used to track browsing activity on international routes. Analytics data should be handled separately from account and payment data to avoid using page visits to identify specific users.

Cookies and browser local storage are used for session identification, sign-in status, language preferences, and necessary interface settings. The user panel stores sign-in credentials locally, so take care when using shared devices. You can clear related data by signing out and using your browser settings. You may need to sign in again or reset preferences afterward; this does not automatically close your account or cancel your subscription.

Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures

VPNOU supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization and transaction confirmation are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or payment network, and their own policies govern how they process data. VPNOU handles transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment results as needed to match orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords.

When checking an unusual transaction, provide only the information needed to review it and avoid uploading complete financial records. Account data is not disclosed to unrelated parties except where necessary to provide the service, respond to a user request, or meet legal obligations. When coordination is necessary, data use is limited to the relevant matter.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support ticket and analytics data are retained only while needed for their purpose, then deleted or de-identified. No category of data is kept indefinitely.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal, specifying the information involved. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. If there is an outstanding transaction, dispute, or legal retention requirement, VPNOU will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please confirm your plans first.

Data Protection and Policy Updates

Access to account and order data is limited according to service responsibilities. Users should also protect their passwords and subscription credentials and report any unusual activity through a support ticket. Privacy safeguards do not replace the need to secure your own devices.

When this policy changes, revised content will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated. Changes that materially affect data use or user rights will be communicated through appropriate on-site channels. For service rules, see the Terms of Service. Questions about this policy or requests related to data handling can be submitted through a user panel support ticket.
